The Group

Italian at heart, built for every counter.

Cimbali Group began in 1912, when Giuseppe Cimbali opened a copper workshop in central Milan. Espresso machines followed in 1930, and with them a century of engineering that turned a Milanese workshop into a group of four brands.

Faema joined in 1995, Casadio in 2005 and Slayer, from Seattle, in 2017. Each kept its own character: they were brought in for what made them different, not to be made the same.

Three plants in Italy — Binasco, Ghisalba and Cappella Cantone — build around two hundred machines a day, reaching more than a hundred countries through seven hundred distributors.

For Australia and New Zealand, that range is held locally, with ANZ sales and technical support on hand — so specifying equipment doesn't mean specifying it blind.
